We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join our clients dynamic team. This role is central to the smooth running of our operations and offers a varied workload across administration, operations, finance, and health & safety. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, a team player, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor operatives, vehicles, equipment, and teams in real time; report and resolve issues
  • Handle day-to-day office administration and customer service tasks
  • Manage emails, calls, and CRM records professionally and efficiently
  • Organise daily diaries, schedules, and upload job data for operatives
  • Raise quotes, purchase orders, and invoices; assist with purchase ledger tasks
  • Conduct vehicle and machinery checks; liaise with garages for servicing
  • Oversee PPE and clothing matrix; ensure compliance and updates

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
