The Client:
VWA are working with a successful boutique IT Service Provider in their search for a part-time Office Administrator to join the team. Based near Holborn, this is an excellent opportunity to become an integral member of a collaborative and friendly firm.

The Office Administrator role:

  • Responsible for ordering office supplies for the London office such as stationery, toiletries and sundries.
  • Be the main point of contact for all staff and visitors and handle enquiries for the London office.
  • Organise and manage regular building utility and facilities checks and maintenance, including liaison with property management companies where relevant and arranging contractor access where required.
  • Ensure the smooth booking and running of all meetings and events.
  • Responsible for managing the weekly Company meeting on a Friday afternoon and sharing the slides and recording.
  • Support the Executive Assistant with travel bookings, diary management and other duties as required.
  • Support with any other office administration, and health and safety queries as they arise.

The successful Office Administrator candidate will:

  • Have previous experience working in a similar Office Administrator / Manager role.
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and a busy workload.
  • Intermediate knowledge and application of MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • A can-do attitude and desire to get involved, and position themselves as the lynchpin and go-to team member in the office.

The Details and Benefits:

  • Salary: Up to £35k salary FTE, depending on experience.
  • Standard hours: 9am-5.
  • Part-time - 3 days a week, 1 day must be a Friday, other two days are flexible.
  • Hybrid working structure - 1 day in the office, 2 days WFH.
