Job Description:

Hirexo has exclusively partnered with a leading Management Services firm to recruit an experienced Office Administrator on a part-time basis. This role is based at their Manchester office, with fixed working days of Monday, Thursday, and Friday.

About the Role:

Join a well-regarded Management Services company, recognised for its expertise in providing critical support in insolvency guidance, financial restructuring, capital raising, and Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs). As the business expands, they are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the directors and contribute to the smooth running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within the insolvency space, gaining valuable exposure to a highly specialised industry.

This growing firm has built a strong reputation in the management services sector and provides a great opportunity for someone seeking a stable, part-time role in a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing essential administrative support to the directors, including diary management, email handling, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinating office operations, ensuring office supplies are maintained, and handling general administrative duties.
  • Managing filing systems, data entry, and document preparation to support the smooth functioning of the office.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Assisting with office management tasks, ensuring an efficient and well-organised workspace.
  • Committing to working on-site on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with set working hours that cannot be altered.
  • Supporting the potential expansion of the administration team, with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities as the business grows.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced administrator with a strong background in office management, preferably supporting senior leaders or directors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to engaging with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload efficiently.
  • Experience within insolvency, finance, or a similar corporate sector would be advantageous, though not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • This role is ideal for someone looking to maintain a part-time schedule while still playing a key role in a growing organisation. It may also suit individuals seeking flexibility for personal commitments or those transitioning towards a reduced working schedule.

What’s On Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (pro-rata)
  • Generous holiday allowance, ensuring a healthy work-life balance
  • Opportunities to attend corporate events and networking functions, including festive celebrations
  • Potential career progression within the administrative team as the company continues to expand
  • A supportive and welcoming work environment where your contributions are valued
