Job description

Our client is a very successful, privately owned business in the construction sector.

Operating for over 40 years, they offer exceptional quality and service which is rivalled by their competitors.

With an annual turnover in excess of £50 million, employing 60 people, this highly profitable company continues to develop and grow year on year.

A versatile and motivated Office Administrator is required to join the friendly team of 13 at the Sheringham head office.

The role:
  1. Managing/maintaining/updating the multi-faceted company database
  2. Front of house
  3. Secretarial duties for the MD
  4. Admin duties supporting the sales process and other senior staff members
  5. Liaising with customers and internal team members
  6. Proof checking company website and marketing materials

Key Attributes:
  1. CRM/Database, spreadsheet, 'polished I.T skills'
  2. Exceptional customer service/telephone manner
  3. Internal and external, confident communication experience

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
