Overview

Are you a motivated and resourceful person with strong organisational and communication skills? We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator for our Sheffield services, based at our office, Mansfield View, Intake. You will complete work across our busy Sheffield services, which provide dedicated support to adults with a range of learning disability and complex support needs. You will be based predominantly at the local office, but may be expected to travel to local services to provide administration support where required.

Responsibilities
  • Typing reports, setting up files, scanning documents, and taking minutes.
  • Answering phone calls in a professional and efficient manner, and taking accurate messages.
  • Coordinating and minuting management and senior management meetings.
  • Managing the office environment, and providing a customer focused first line of contact for staff members, professionals, service users, family members and visitors.
Qualifications
  • Excellent IT skills, plus proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, as well as excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Previous administration experience, with a willingness to travel and work flexibly according to the changing needs of the services.
