Pyramid8 are supporting a family run business to recruit an Office Administrator to play an integral part in the smooth running of their business. They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator based in Ossett.

As an Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for a range of administrative responsibilities while supporting the team and directors. The role is a brand-new opportunity and so the role will evolve with time and responsibilities. They are a small team so personality and desire to work and think independently is key.

This role is open to individuals who are looking for their first opportunity who have the motivation to learn on the job and work hard.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the current Administrator and Directors.
  2. Book travel and accommodation for the team and tradespeople.
  3. Maintain efficient office operations and recommend process improvements.
  4. Develop and nurture positive working relationships across the company.
  5. Develop relationships internally and with contract staff working off site.
  6. Ability to think independently and support the business on all tasks.
Requirements:
