Office Administrator
£25,500 DOE plus benefits

Full Time Monday – Friday

Harper Recruitment Group is supporting a well-established, highly reputable business in their search for a highly organised and dependable Office Administrator. They seek a flexible and proactive individual to provide essential support across multiple businesses and ventures.

This is a varied and influential position where your admin support skills will be vital in supporting both the Director and the wider team.

What will the role involve?
  1. Providing administrative support across multiple businesses and ventures
  2. Assisting with day-to-day operations and business activities of the owner
  3. Handling personal admin tasks, including management of home and rental property-related matters
  4. Providing general sales support, including assisting with enquiries, following up leads, and basic CRM management
  5. Liaising with external partners, suppliers, and service providers as needed
  6. Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  7. Maintaining organised records, filing systems, and correspondence

If you have a strong background in administration, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve, we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will be a proactive and adaptable individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of discretion and trustworthiness, and competency in Microsoft Office.
