Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Handle correspondence, manage filing systems and maintain office records.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparation of related materials.
  • Assist with the preparation and editing of documents and reports.
  • Support with the organisation of company events and functions.
  • Handle the ordering of office supplies and equipment.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organised office environment.
