Cintra, part of the PSSG, is a fast paced and fast-growing company with our award winning software providing payroll solutions for over 1500 clients. As our Office Administrator, you’ll work closely with everyone—from new starters to senior leaders. You'll be the welcoming face and reliable point of contact for colleagues, clients, and visitors. From managing supplies and coordinating meetings to supporting company events and handling unexpected challenges, you'll keep everything running smoothly.

Due to the responsibilities, this is an on-site role, initially offered at 15 hours per week, spread across three days. The expected working hours are 9:30am – 3:00pm or 10:00am – 3:30pm, and the working days will be Monday and Thursday, plus one additional day to be agreed with the successful candidate.

What you'll do
  • Be the key contact for all office matters, building relationships across every level of the business
  • Organise and coordinate visitors, meetings, and events (think conferences, celebrations, and more!)
  • Manage office supplies, post, calls, and logistics with efficiency
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facilities contacts
  • Support with travel arrangements, car park permits, gifts, and more
  • Keep our office buzzing with positive energy and professionalism
About you
  • You love working with people and thrive in a busy, varied environment
  • You’re confident, approachable, and a natural communicator
  • You’re organised, detail-oriented, and always ready to take the initiative
  • You’re tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • You handle confidential information with discretion and care
  • You’re adaptable, resilient, and always up for a challenge
What's in it for me?
  • Salary for this role will be £10,000 - £11,000 per annum depending on experience (full time equivalent £25,000 - £27,500)
  • A central, visible role where you’ll make a real impact every day
  • The chance to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • A supportive, fun team culture in a modern office setting
  • Opportunities to learn, grow, and shape how our office works
  • Full time holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays (pro rata part time)
  • Company paid sick leave (after qualifying period)
  • Employee Assistance Programme providing a confidential support network offering expert advice and compassionate guidance 24/7
  • Company paid Health Cash Plan providing cover for everyday healthcare costs including dental treatment and eye tests (taxable benefit)
  • Cycle to Work scheme offering considerable tax savings and spreading the cost of bike purchase over 12 months (after probation)
  • Interest free Travel Loan scheme (after probation)
  • Subsidised Parking Permit at Hoults Yard
  • Annual office party
  • Free breakfast items
