Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a trading company mainly exporting a wide variety of automotive parts & specialist motorsport components. We are looking for an Office Administrator to support order processing, customer service, and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and good up-to-date IT skills. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

  1. Liaise with customers and internal staff, working independently and as part of a team.
  2. Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to plan, prepare, and implement strategies to succeed.
  3. Ensure orders are processed and dispatched correctly and efficiently.
  4. Communicate with overseas customers via email.
  5. Prepare tender documents and quotations.
  6. Speak with suppliers and process orders.
  7. Organize shipments.
