Location: Sherington (near Newport Pagnell), Buckinghamshire

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent

Hours: 10.00am to 2.00pm, MonThurs (16 hours per week)

Salary: £13.00 per hour

Benefits: Holidays calculated pro rata (based on 28 days full-time equivalent)

Were looking for a well-organised, positive and proactive Office Administrator to support our busy office team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and suppliers
  • Schedule service appointments and installations
  • Maintain customer records and supplier orders
  • Support with administration duties and job sheet processing
  • General admin and office organisation duties

About You

  • Friendly and professional manner when dealing with customers
  • Organised, detail-focused and confident using Microsoft Office, especially Word & Excel.
  • Able to prioritise tasks and keep calm under pressure
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
  • Able to commute easily to the Sherrington offices.
