Job description

The office administrator will be responsible for managing the accommodation for operational staff nationwide, and they will also undertake administrative tasks to support the Directors PA.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Book and manage accommodation throughout the business in conjunction with the ‘Master Programme’
  • Liaise with Site Managers Nationwide (right through from Bournemouth to Scotland)
  • Be efficient with platforms such as Airbnb, Travelodge, Premier Inn, and booking.com
  • Manage costs when bookings are required
  • Support the implementation of our new booking travel portal ‘CliK’
  • Liaise with accounts for invoices and receipts of the bookings and expenses
  • Coordinate any cancellations or changes of the programme with the ‘Programme Manager’ to meet booking needs
  • Support the PA with any Ad Hoc duties (e.g., organising client meetings for Directors)
  • Assist with Director expense management
  • Welcome & Direct visitors at Head Office
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for staff
  • Undertake general correspondence with the support of the Directors PA
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff internally and externally for business needs.
