Stormguard Rainwater has an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

Part of the Stormguard Group, Stormguard Rainwater Systems is a leading manufacturer of aluminium rainwater goods. We value people who have a sense of urgency and excitement, who demonstrate candour, insight and creativity, and thrive in an environment of change and challenge.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Monitorsupplies and place orders as required.
  • Help ensure the office remains clean, organised, and fully operational.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Create and schedule content for the company’s social media pages, helping to maintain a strong online presence and promote our brand.

Beneficial if you have:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supporting HR or finance functions (desirable but not essential).
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
