Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: East Midlands (LE11) - Office-Based

Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 FTE (Pro-Rata) DOE

Job Type: Part-Time (16-24 hours per week, 2-3 days)

About The Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support their operations team. This varied role is ideal for a detail-oriented and dynamic individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Booking customer and subcontractor appointments
  • Coordinating and inputting customer paperwork
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Registering boiler warranties and tools
  • Maintaining and updating various databases

What We're Looking For
  • Adaptable & proactive - able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail - ensuring accuracy in paperwork and data entry
  • Strong organisational skills - ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent customer communication skills - demonstrated in previous roles
  • Experience with Google Sheets - comfortable working with digital tools
