They are now looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Office Administrator to support daily operations, customer service, HR and administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a company that is shaping the future of sustainable living.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Managing day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth operations
  2. Handling customer communication, booking appointments and coordinating work schedules
  3. Ordering materials and liaising with merchants to ensure competitive pricing
  4. Preparing quotations and sales orders and managing post-sales support
  5. Responding to customer queries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  6. Coordinating meetings and planning internal company social events
  7. Creating and managing customer contracts, ensuring they align with MCS standards
  8. Monitoring compliance and maintaining accurate contract records and reports
  9. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contract clarity
  10. Supporting process improvements in contract and project management
  11. Maintaining employee records, managing holidays and absences and onboarding new staff
  12. Supporting recruitment processes and employee reviews
  13. Logging staff expenses and ensuring compliance with HR documentation
Here Are The Skills You'll Need:
  1. Strong experience in office administration or similar roles
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  3. Confident using business software, particularly Google Workspace
  4. Experience using Monday.com is highly desirable
  5. Familiarity with HR processes and systems is a strong advantage
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
  8. Ability to prioritise, work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  9. Friendly, professional and a collaborative team player
