The Role
We are seeking an administrator at our head office in Leyburn, North Yorkshire. This full-time role involves clerical, organizational, and communication support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Office & Recruitment Support: managing files, training records, databases, office supplies, recruitment processes, and onboarding documentation.
- Communication: handling calls, emails, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.
- Data Entry and Documentation: maintaining data, preparing reports, managing confidential information, and tracking employee training.
- Scheduling and Coordination: organizing meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
- Customer Service: assisting clients, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements
