Job Description

Ecomotive – Admin
Office Administrator position – immediate start in Blaby, Leicestershire.
Join our team of office staff by supporting our client who are leaders in the vehicle movement industry. You will be an experienced office administrator, preferably with a background in the automotive industry (although this isn’t essential, just beneficial) who is looking for work with an immediate start. Our client are based in Blaby, Leicestershire so you must be able to commute to the office daily ready for an 08:30am start.
Working as an office administrator your day will be varied conduction various office-based tasks such as:
• Answering calls in a professional and helpful way
• Dealing with any customer queries
• Sending out e-mails
• Booking in using the CRM system
• Arranging collections
• Completing relevant paperwork
• General Admin duties
You must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, outlook and Word.

Duration: This will initially start as a temporary role weekly however it has a genuine potential for you to work towards a permanent contract. If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with your most recent up to date CV.

Hourly Rate: This position pays £12.67 per hour.

Working Hours: You will work Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:30 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

Experience & Qualifications

You must have previous admin experience. Some knowledge of the automotive industry would be a benefit. You will be able to work using your own initiative but also be happy to take instructions and work as a team player. Professional telephone and typing manner.
