Established in 2015 and building on more than 60 years’ of engineering excellence, 2Excel Engineering is a Maintenance and Repair Organisation (MRO) based in Hampshire, delivering service-orientated narrow body Boeing and Airbus maintenance to Operators and Owners, Leasing Companies and Governments.

The role will see you reporting to the Commercial Director, the position is to provide general office/clerical duties for the Account Managers and the Commercial Department.

The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For

  • Support the Account Managers with general administration.
  • Prep, update and issue daily minutes of Aircraft Production Meetings with Customers.
  • Prepare various ERP reports for the AM and billing.
  • ERP data inputting. Assist with arranging/ organizing meetings.
  • Assist the Account Managers with customer queries
  • Assist with the Light Aircraft Account.
  • Assist with Customer support for the life cycle of input.
  • Assist with Import / Export of aircraft.

The successful applicant will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong organisational skills
