A Harlow-based double glazing manufacturer is seeking an Office Administrator to support their administrative team. The role involves processing client orders, managing communications with customers, and recording data in a custom CRM. We are a Harlow based double glazing manufacturer, servicing the retail and trade sectors. We are currently looking for someone to join our current administrative team to share the workload of general administration: processing client orders, sending emails, liaising with other off-site staff regarding work/jobs, recording client information in our custom CRM software, filing, telephone calls and more. Customer interaction and service is part of our daily routine, and the ideal candidate will be able to speak to and work with both our retail and trade customers alike, by phone and in person.
