Job description

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Bonuses, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension.

About the Role:

This is a varied administrative role that will see you working closely with the Brand Director, covering general administration duties and acting as a key point of contact for European suppliers. You’ll be coordinating logistics, supporting procurement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison for multiple European suppliers
  • Communicate efficiently between the sales team and suppliers
  • Support procurement and logistics planning
  • Prepare and manage import/export documentation (training will be provided)
  • Assist with hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and general admin for the Brand Director
  • Provide office administrative support across departments
  • Help resolve stock issues and coordinate brand-related tasks
  • Ensure smooth internal communication and assist in improving processes

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Strong background in administration or procurement.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks
  • Confident communicator with a problem-solving mindset
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Full right to work in the UK

Package:

  • £28K - £32K Salary
  • Bonus paid twice a year
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
