A leading arts organization in Glasgow is seeking an individual for a key administrative support role within the Finance and Administration Team. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day reception duties and contribute to effective operations at Rockvilla. This role requires flexibility, as it includes working regular Saturdays on a monthly rota. The deadline for applications is August 25, 2025.
This role will support the day-to-day reception and administrative duties as part of the Finance and Administration Team, contributing to the efficient and effective running of the Company.
We are seeking someone to provide comprehensive administrative and practical support to Rockvilla staff and visitors. We are looking for candidates with excellent and relevant experience, who are keen to contribute to the effective running of NTS' centre for creativity, production, and talent development - Rockvilla.
This role requires flexibility over a six-day operational week (Monday to Saturday). You will work four days per week, including regular Saturdays, on a monthly rota.
