A leading consultancy near Farnham is seeking an experienced Administrator to support a busy office. The role requires multi-tasking and system implementation skills. Ability to work under pressure is advantageous. This position is available due to the company's growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone queries and messages
  • Manage enquiries and projects
  • Sort incoming and outgoing mail
  • Process purchase orders
  • Allocate work to consultants
  • Maintain filing system
  • Manage archives
  • Support consultants and the deliverables team as needed
  • Maintain weekly schedule sheets
  • Provide PA support to Directors as required
  • Deliver work to/from local suppliers
  • Assist Accounts Administrator with invoicing

Skills/experience required:

  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Diary management skills
  • Approachable personality willing to handle diverse tasks
  • Driver's license (due to rural location)
