We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our busy office in Exeter. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment, with a proactive attitude. You will liaise daily with internal and external customers and support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Role Responsibilities:
This role involves scheduling jobs for our engineers, updating customers throughout the process, and supporting daily administrative functions. Strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Excel and office equipment, and previous experience as an Office Administrator, Assistant, Secretary, or Scheduler are desirable.
The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation of our office on a day-to-day basis.
