We're on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of day-to-day office operations while supporting key business functions.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing office administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Supporting with HR tasks, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, implementing change and assisting with recruitment processes
  • Assisting with basic finance tasks such as invoicing, expense processing, and budget tracking
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external queries
  • Providing PA-style support to senior management when required

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with a background in HR, Finance or Personal Assistance (PA)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other standard business tools
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Some working knowledge of HR processes or systems is desirable
