Overview

Our busy client in the Dungannon area currently requires an experienced office administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • First point of contact in the office, dealing with the customer enquiries and answering all calls
  • All administrative duties to include dealing with Solicitors and processing all residential and commercial sales and let’s paperwork.
  • Deal with all rental paperwork – Contracts, Tenants Deposit Scheme etc
  • Assist with the arrangements in the maintenance for properties
  • Creating adverts online on Propertypal, Website, Property News and Facebook.
  • Inputting all new data onto internal system and updating all new records using different Microsoft office devices to include Office and Excel
  • Assist the Financial Services team with admin support – processing applications for finance and insurance
  • Updating client and customer information within the internal database
Essential Criteria
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths & English
  • 2-3 years administration experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and telephone manner
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Experience of Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
