Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic individual ready to excel in a dynamic office environment? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior office administration experience is a plus but not required.

Hourly rate: £12.21/h

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 8am - 4pm

Location: Corby
