Job Description:

Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their busy and growing team based in Edinburgh. This role will be the first point of contact within the office as well as working closely with all members of the Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a thriving business based in the heart of Edinburgh. Ideally, you will have some residential real estate experience along with a strong background in administration and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as an ambassador for the team and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, managers, and employees.
  • Provide team financial support, including invoice coordination and expense claim support.
  • Attend team meetings, take minutes, and ensure actions are followed up.
  • Support team training by ensuring mandatory training is up to date.
  • Prepare correspondence, including letters, memos, and design documents.
  • Maintain team schedules, organize internal/external meetings, and book meeting rooms.
  • Arrange corporate travel and produce meeting/conference materials.
  • Take minutes at board/management meetings and disseminate actions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Some experience in residential real estate.
  • Customer service or administration experience.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Confident and approachable attitude.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management.
  • Strong IT skills.
