Job description

Job Title: Office Administrator (Part-Time)

We are seeking a professional office administrator to join our administration team on a part-time basis (3 days per week), with flexible working hours. This role is ideal for a working parent wanting to work around school hours or someone approaching retirement seeking a part-time position.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Filing, scanning, and archiving documents
  2. Logging data using Microsoft Excel (essential)
  3. Creating newsletters
  4. Managing timesheets: collating, submitting, and following up
  5. Recruitment support: collating information and checking candidate progression
  6. Generating data analysis
  7. Responding to emails promptly
  8. Answering and transferring calls professionally
  9. Performing general office duties as required
Person Specification:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administration role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organized and well-presented
  • Professional attitude
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, and MS Office
  • Car driver preferred, as occasional visits to services may be required
