Our client, a law practice with two offices in Northumberland, has enjoyed a presence in the region for over 150 years. Specialising in Property, Personal and Family Law, they now seek an Office Administrator for their Blyth office.

As Office Administrator, You Will

  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Maintain up-to-date records via the firm’s bespoke legal software package
  • Order office supplies and keep an accurate inventory of stock
  • Maintain both the electronic and manual filing systems
  • Support team members with the administration of their caseloads

As Office Administrator, You Will Need
