Overview

Strata Solicitors, a Gallagher Bassett Company, are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Blisworth! We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who thrives both independently and as part of a close-knit team. Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills are essential, as you will play a vital role in providing invaluable support to our claims handling teams and the wider office.

How you'll make an impact

  • Claims Management: Opening claims, conducting initial enquiries, and updating claims records.
  • Communication: Answering and making telephone calls, including liaising with third parties and motor insurers.
  • Post Handling: Sorting and scanning outgoing post, and managing incoming post.
  • Administrative Support: Filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and assisting with general office duties.
  • Specialised Administration: Managing MOJ Portal and PLP administration and requesting recovery engineers' reports and payment packs.
