Office Administrator
Berkshire (with hybrid working)

We have more than 30 years’ experience as a bespoke joinery specialist in the commercial and residential amenities markets, using some of the world’s leading technology in our 20,000 sqft home in Berkshire.

We are now looking for an Office Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 42.5 hours per week, 07.00 – 16.30, Monday to Friday.

The Role

As an Office Administrator, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office, supporting various departments and helping maintain an organised and productive workplace. Operating at the heart of our £multi-million project delivery process, you will manage resources and provide key administrative support that enables our craftspeople to create tomorrow's finest environments.

Through leveraging your relationship building expertise, you will maintain high levels of communication, ensuring seamless co-ordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.

Additionally, you will:

  1. Direct client calls and messages to the appropriate team members
  2. Oversee the admin request inbox for company-wide queries
  3. Take minutes during team meetings and track action items
  4. Handle contract renewals, machine servicing schedules, and company-wide supply orders
  5. Process timesheets in Sage

About You

To be considered as an Office Administrator, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in a varied administrative or office management role
  2. A track record of supporting multiple departments with a broad range of administration
  3. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Strong organisational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
  6. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. To be comfortable with digital tools and Website Content Management Systems
  8. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  9. At a minimum, 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, including English and Mathematics
