Office & Administration Assistant – Business Support Team – Cambridge

Role Overview

Provide efficient administrative support within the Business Support team. Responsibilities include:

  • Office contact for the local office as needed
  • Handling all office-based tasks promptly within SLAs
  • Supporting specific Partners/Directors with reactive support

We support flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours and job shares, to help you balance work and life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange internal and external meetings
  • Book travel
  • Manage files in the archive
  • Create, amend, and format Word and PowerPoint documents, ensuring brand compliance
  • Process DocuSign requests
  • Raise client invoices
  • Adhere to risk management policies and maintain confidentiality
  • Support the Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations, including:
    • Providing office cover
    • Managing post and couriers
    • Ordering stationery
    • Replenishing printers and kitchens
    • Raising facilities issues
Minimum Requirements

Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Additional desirable skills include:

  • Can-do attitude
  • Previous office experience
  • Understanding of change management
  • Ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptable communication style
