Overview

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an Office Admin Manager to cover a fixed term contract based in Luton. The fixed term contract will be for 13 months with a potential to extend the role or become permanent.

Key Skills
  • Must have previous experience in an office administration role.
  • Basic Bookkeeping experience with accounting software skills (Sage or similar).
  • Good IT skills in Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

The Role
  • General admin and bookkeeping tasks to include dealing with customer queries on the phone, scheduling appointments, preparing reports.
  • Creating purchase orders and customer quotes.
  • Generating and processing invoices.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
  • All other admin tasks as required.

Salary: £28,000 pa to £30,000 pa + Benefits

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm - Office based
