Are you a detail-oriented and conscientious administrator looking for a flexible, part-time role? Pinnocks IP / Pinnocks Export is seeking an Office Admin Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Office Admin Assistant

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Job Type: Part Time

About the Role

We are looking to recruit additional staff to support our continued business growth. We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant / Business Administration.

The successful candidate will provide all levels of administrative support to the director.

Main Duties
  • Answer phones, oversee budgets and ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, estate agents, and customs.
  • Maintain records and keep files of business activity up to date.
  • Researching.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Must be highly organised and be able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to deal confidently and effectively with a variety of people.

Working Hours:

Monday 10am – 3pm, Tuesday 10am – 2pm, Thursday 10am – 2pm, Friday 10am – 2pm.
