Job Description:

We have a new and exciting opportunity in our Marketing team for an Offer Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced team and play a leading role in creating demand, reinforcing Schneider’s market position, and innovating for the future.

Your responsibilities:

• Product lifecycle management for our ACB and MCCB portfolio
• Ensure a well-documented aligned offer strategy with the global lines of business and adapt and execute it locally.
• Guarantee all offers have a local playbook and operational marketing plan
• Influence the line of business roadmaps, serving as a voice for the UK&I market
• Enable the sales teams to win by creating and distributing training and tools that ensure success in the marketplace
• Understand market opportunities, the competition, and develop strong price positioning
• Work with marketing and sales to increase our ability to create strong end-user preference and a self-sufficient network of partners for our offers
• Ensure robust market launch of all offers, working closely with sales teams and deploying appropriate training to meet launch forecasts
• Collaborate with channel marketing and marcom to deliver campaigns that increase the opportunity pipeline
• Master deep offer and application knowledge to present confidently to stakeholders, positioning as an offer and application expert, familiar with macro application drivers
• Work closely with the commercial team to ensure robust deployment of price and commercial policies
• Fully embrace digital tools for offers, ensuring every offer utilizes appropriate digital tools for selection and customer use
