We are collaborating with a leading security services provider establishing their Offensive Security team. The role involves providing services such as Web Application testing, Infrastructure testing, and Code Review, while also contributing to the growth of this division. It combines hands-on technical work with opportunities for leadership and development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop the Offensive Security team into a market-leading function.
2. Engage with clients during scoping, tool selection, and delivery.
3. Manage services like Vulnerability Assessments, Code Reviews, and Penetration Tests.
4. Potentially provide overseas training or assist clients in enhancing their security posture.
5. Collaborate across departments to identify and develop new services and products.
6. Deliver high-standard Application or Infrastructure penetration tests.
7. Scope various services with clients, including penetration testing and phishing.
8. Experience with Code Reviews to identify vulnerabilities is desirable.
9. Maintain high-level communication with stakeholders, from technical to non-technical.
10. Experience in training or mentoring is advantageous.
11. Industry certifications such as CRT, CSTM, CCT, Offensive Security certifications are a plus.
