The role involves providing services such as Web App testing, Infrastructure testing, and Code Review, while also contributing to the growth of this department. It offers a mix of hands-on technical work and leadership opportunities, suitable for someone seeking variety beyond traditional testing or full-time management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Offensive Security team into a market-leading function
• Engage with clients during scoping, tool selection, and delivery
• Manage services like Vulnerability Assessments, Code Reviews, and Penetration Tests
• Potentially provide training overseas or assist clients in enhancing their security posture
• Collaborate across departments to identify and develop new service opportunities
• Deliver high-standard Application or Infrastructure penetration tests
• Work with clients to scope various services, including phishing
• Experience with Code Reviews to identify vulnerabilities is preferred
• Maintain high-level communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in training or mentoring is advantageous
• Industry certifications such as CRT, CSTM, CCT (App or Infra), or Offensive Security certifications are a plus
