We are partnering with a leading security services provider establishing their Offensive Security team. The role involves providing services like Web App testing, Infrastructure testing, and Code Review, while also contributing to the growth of this division. It offers a blend of hands-on technical work and strategic development, ideal for someone seeking a diverse role beyond just technical testing or full managerial focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop the Offensive Security capability into a market-leading function.
  2. Engage with clients during scoping, tool selection, and delivery.
  3. Manage services such as Vulnerability Assessments, Code Reviews, and Penetration Tests.
  4. Potentially provide training overseas or work with clients to improve their security posture.
  5. Collaborate across departments to identify and develop new services and products.
  6. Deliver high-standard Application or Infrastructure penetration tests.
  7. Scope and manage various services, including penetration testing and phishing campaigns.
  8. Experience with Code Reviews to identify vulnerabilities is preferred.
  9. Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Experience in training or mentoring is advantageous.
  11. Industry certifications such as CRT, CSTM, CCT, Offensive Security certifications are a plus.
