Are you passionate about rehabilitation and positive change? Do you have experience in group facilitation or working with challenging client groups? We are looking for a committed individual to join our Psychological Services team as an Offending Behaviour Programmes Facilitator at HMP Ashfield.

This is an entry level role and full training is provided. Your primary role will be to successfully deliver accredited and non-accredited offending behavior programmes in line with relevant standards and guidelines and ensuring that treatment integrity is maintained. You will be responsible for all related administrative tasks, such as liaising with prison staff and maintaining reports and records.

What you’ll be doing:

Deliver accredited and non-accredited offending behaviour programmes such as Building Choices

Work closely with prisoners before, during, and after programme completion

Complete assessments, reports, and follow-up work

Maintain programme materials and administrative processes

Engage in regular supervision and professional development

Contribute to sentence planning and the parole process where appropriate

What you’ll need to succeed:

Experience of facilitating group work or working with challenging client groups (essential)

Experience in forensic settings or delivering psychological interventions (desirable)

Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well as part of a team and manage a diverse workload

Resilience and the ability to maintain professional boundaries

A commitment to learning and development
