Qualifications
- Master's degree in Organisational Development, HR, Psychology, Business or related discipline.
- Professional qualification in organisational development, coaching, leadership development or change management.
- Chartered CIPD membership.
- Accredited coach.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Lead organisational development and culture change across large transformation programmes.
- Embed OD methodologies within major transformation, integration or service redesign.
- Provide specialist OD leadership across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Diagnose organisational and cultural challenges and translate insights into practical interventions.
- Influence executive leaders and senior clinical leaders to achieve change.
