Overview

Are you passionate and experienced in the organisational development and learning space, and wish to make your mark within a progressive Council?

We are seeking a highly motivated OD and Learning Advisor who can work in a fast-paced, busy team to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality OD and Learning services for the London Borough of Harrow.

You will collaborate closely with our HR, immediate team, and managers at all levels across the organisation to build a comprehensive learning and development offer.

About You

Key skills required for the role include:

  • Experience in a relevant field (e.g., L&D, OD).
  • Understanding of OD & L&D principles and practices.
  • Excellent at managing multiple priorities with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Experience with LMS systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (preferred).
  • Strong facilitation, training, and presentation skills.
  • Training design skills using ADDIE or similar instructional design models.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
