An opportunity has arisen for a fixed-term role within the Chief Nurse’s support team at UHBW. The post holder will support the Trust Wide Clinical Accreditation Programme and provide clerical assistance for both the accreditation and support roles.
Accreditation frameworks assess the quality of nursing and multiprofessional clinical care, supporting quality assurance and patient safety.
The primary focus is to provide administrative support, manage the accreditation timetable, coordinate assessment team diaries, and prepare relevant information for assessments.
The role includes data extraction from databases to aid in report production, diary management, maintaining filing systems, and using computer packages effectively.
Key skills include strong communication, organization, time management, the ability to work under pressure, accuracy, independence, and initiative.
