Job description

This role will be within our Managed Services team at Version 1. It is a hybrid role requiring support capabilities for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and JDEdwards CNC. The primary focus will be managed service support, with opportunities to work on projects involving both JDE and Oracle Cloud.

The candidate should be able to manage tickets within the managed service, resolving networking issues within Oracle Cloud and managing JDE environments.

OCI Skills:

• Support Oracle Cloud environments
• Work with IPSec VPNs, debug network routing, manage network security groups within OCI, and handle user management and IAM policies in OCI

JD Edwards CNC:

• Maintain and support JDE environments, including applying patches and bug fixes (ESUs)
• Package build and deployment
• Perform regular system checks, performance monitoring, and maintenance activities
• Handle JDE upgrades and release updates

Linux:

Basic administrative skills such as creating user accounts and mounting block volumes. Candidates with basic Linux command line skills will be considered, with training provided.

OIC:

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, especially provisioning and working with connectivity agents, is desirable.
