Location: Manchester
Salary: 24,000 - 34,000pa (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday - Flexible

Are you an experienced in Ocean Freight Operations, looking for a new and exciting role with an established and growing freight forwarder? Then this role could be excellent for you!

My client is looking for an experienced Ocean Import Coordinator to join their team based in Manchester. The right candidate will have experience dealing with Ocean Freight operations, for import consignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day Ocean Freight operations, start-to-finish, from booking to invoice.
• Handling documentation.
• Raising Job files and all of the appropriate operations paperwork.
• Supplier and client liaison, invoicing agreed rates.
• Internal liaison with the sales team assisting with quotations and service information.

Requirements:

• Ocean freight operations experience.
• Experience with Import operations is desirable.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
