Ocean Freight Customs Coordinator - Ipswich


Looking to take the next step in your career with a fast-growing logistics team? We're on the lookout for a motivated and detail-driven Customs Coordinator to join our client's friendly team in Ipswich.


If you've got a couple of years' experience working in an office environment, strong admin skills, and a desire to build a long-term career, we want to hear from you.


Hours: Monday - Friday 0900 - 17.30 office based position.


What does it involve?
  1. Managing shipment files through the customs process
  2. Completing import customs declarations
  3. Handling and checking key documentation
  4. Communicating with clients, partners, and internal teams
  5. Supporting with invoicing, queries, and port health checks
About you:
  1. Office experience and strong admin skills
  2. A keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines
  3. Great communication and teamwork
  4. Customs or shipping knowledge is a bonus - not essential
  5. Confident with Word, Excel (Cargowise experience a plus!)
