• Understanding of incoterms, profit & loss, and logistics procedures.
• Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder communication skills.
• Numerate, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and internal freight quotation requests in line with KPIs.
• Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, and carriers to obtain competitive rates.
• Maintain and distribute updated freight rate tariffs and tools.
• Support the sales team with accurate freight service information.
• Contribute to carrier relationship management and service development.
