Position: Ocean Export Documentation Coordinator

Location: Pudsey, Leeds

Salary: Up to £35,000 (subject to experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:00pm

We're looking for an experienced export documentation coordinator with a background in ocean freight forwarding to join a growing team in Leeds. If you have solid ocean export documentation experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a small, supportive team, this could be a great opportunity for you.

The Role
  • Preparing and issuing all relevant export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, commercial invoices, and packing lists
  • Liaising with customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure all shipments are compliant and processed accurately
  • Managing and maintaining accurate shipment records
  • Ensuring documentation meets all international trade and customs compliance requirements
  • Supporting the wider logistics and operations team where needed
