Ocean Export Agent - Minimal knowledge to experience

We are looking for an Ocean Export Agent to join a leading, professional freight forwarding company near LHR. We welcome applications from candidates with all levels of experience; salary will reflect experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring the timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service within the ocean export department.
2. Ensuring smooth and timely freight process flow.
3. Accurate and timely data entry into the operational system.
4. Tracking and tracing shipments.
5. Using global Ocean Export monitoring tools.
6. Ensuring documents are sent and shipping notices communicated overseas and to customers.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30.

Salary: Up to GBP 32,000 - 35,000 + perks.
