Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Occupational Therapist to join our established Acute Neuro Team (ANT) at the Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth.

The Acute Neuro Team is an integrated multi-disciplinary team providing a neurological service to acute patients with diagnoses such as acquired brain injury, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, encephalitis, and other neurological conditions.

You will provide clinical and operational leadership, manage a varied caseload, conduct assessments, deliver treatments, and develop discharge plans. You will also contribute to patient pathway planning and service development initiatives.

This role involves working closely with other therapy leads and teams to deliver high-quality care and training, supporting professional development in neurology.

Applicants should have at least 4 years of post-graduate experience, with 2 years in Neurology or Stroke, and be a driver with access to a car with business insurance.
