Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Specialist Occupational Therapist (Maternity Cover) to join the Community Ageing Well Service (CAWS) in Edgware, London. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our innovative Community Ageing Well Service (CAWS) on a fixed-term maternity cover basis.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in supporting older people with frailty, complex health needs, and long-term conditions to remain independent in their own homes. You will have the opportunity to provide expert occupational therapy assessment and intervention, helping individuals maximise their function, confidence, and quality of life.
The Community Ageing Well Service is a multidisciplinary service dedicated to supporting older adults through proactive, preventative, and holistic care. We work closely with GPs, Community Rehabilitation Services, Social Care, Care Homes, Voluntary Sector organisations, and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams to deliver coordinated person-centred care.
